This is a quick 'go-to' dessert that is microwaveable so you won't have to heat up your home.
*1 cup butter,
*4 cups powdered sugar,
*2 cups peanut butter (crunchy or smooth),
*1 pkg. crushed graham crackers (NOT the entire box),
*1 1/2 c. chocolate chips.
Melt butter in microwave. Add powdered sugar, peanut butter and crushed graham cracker crumbs. Mix well. Press into a cookie sheet. Slowly melt chocolate chips in microwave. Pour over top and frost. It will almost look too thin but it always turns out perfect. Let the pan set until chocolate is firm. You can put it in the fridge if you need it faster.
Cut, serve and enjoy!
TIPS - If you want them thicker, press into a 9 X 13 pan instead of a cookie sheet. I like mine nice and thin.
