FrEnCh SiLk PiE

I'm so glad I only make this recipe for holidays. It's so delicious, it could be dangerous!
* 1/2 c. butter (NOT margarine),
* 3/4 c. sugar,
* 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate (melted),
* 2 eggs.
Beat butter until creamy. Add sugar and beat again. After chocolate is melted, pour in mixing bowl and beat again.
Add ONE egg. Beat for 5 FULL minutes. Then scrap sides of bowl and add last egg. Beat for another 5 minutes until smooth and creamy!
Pour into cooked and cooled pie shell. Chill.
Makes 1 super creamy pie!
TIP: I've also used this recipe as a mousse in between layers of chocolate cake!
