LeMoN PaSsiOn CaKe

This cool and creamy recipe was given to my by VJ

who doesn't know how to cook anything that isn't fabulous!

It's the perfect dessert for Spring or Summer!

INGREDIENTS:

* Lemon Flavored Cake Mix,

* Lemon Flavored Instant Pudding,

* 1-32oz bottle of heavy whipping cream,

* 14oz sweetened condensed milk,

* 14oz evaporated milk,

* 12oz whole milk.

Mix lemon cake according to directions on box. Bake in 9X13 pan.

While cake is baking make pudding. Substitute the 2 cups of milk with 2 cups whipping cream. Whip until it is the consistency of frosting, firm and spreadable. Refrigerate.

In a blender, mix all the milks together for about 2 minutes. When cake is completely cool, pour 1-2 cups of milk slowly over the top. Put cake in fridge for 30 minutes, then take out and pour remaining milk slowly over the top again. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

Then frost the top with lemon pudding mixture.

OPTIONAL: Beat remaining whipping cream and add a little sugar for taste.

Add to top of cake for extra cool, fluffiness.

Refrigerate until ready to eat.
