CheEsE BaLL

My family L-O-V-E-S this cheese ball so much that they ate more than half of it before I could finish and take a picture. The two culprits were using it as a spread for their turkey sandwiches.I took what was left and formed it into a (small) ball. Then rolled the ball in the crushed nuts. The recipe calls for walnuts but I was in a pecan mood so you can see that's what I used this time. I love how flavorful this cheese ball is and with only 4 ingredients you can't go wrong!
INGREDIENTS:
*16 oz. softened Cream Cheese,
*6 chopped Green Onions,
*1 - 2.25 oz. can Budding Beef - chopped (you can also use corn beef from the deli but this has the most flavor),
Beat cream cheese for about 2 minutes, then add dried beef and green onions. Mix together well.Form into a ball and roll in nuts:
*1 c. walnuts, chopped finely (sometimes at home we don't even use nuts)
Refrigerate for about 1 hour. The flavor stays fresh for a few days afterwards. I've heard. It's always eaten too quickly for to truly test that theory.

TIP - Works well as a 'spread' too. ;)
